On the 14th November the IOR will be hosting a RAC Young Engineers and Student Networking Event at the University of Warwick.
The networking meeting will offer students, recent graduates and young engineers the opportunity to meet IOR members involved in interesting cooling technologies and applications. Those attending will be able to meet members, fellow graduates and students to share questions, knowledge and experience on a number of topics such as
- interesting cooling applications
- career opportunities
- industry structures and employers
- hints and tips for working in the building services, heat pumps, refrigeration and air conditioning sectors.
Representatives from major UK companies such as Sainsbury's, WR Refrigeration, J&E Hall and Star Refrigeration will be attending.
This is an ideal opportunity to find out what companies are out there, begin building a professional network and learn about the Institute of Refrigeration and how it can help further your career in this exciting and growing industry.
