Cancellation Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend the 1st IIR International Conference on the Application of HFO Refrigerants for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement, someone else from the same institute/organisation.

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person then the following refund arrangements apply:

  • Bookings cancelled on or before the 21st February 2018 will receive a full refund less a £50 handling fee.
  • Bookings cancelled between 22nd February 2018 and 01th June 2018 will be refunded 50% of the fee paid.
  • Bookings cancelled after the 02th June 2018 will not be eligible for a refund and 100% of the amount will be due.

All cancelations and changes of names relating to conference registration must be sent in writing to hfo2018@ior.org.uk

 

Refunds will be made in the following ways:

1. For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.

2. For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account.
