The day will be a mix of personal development and practical hands on experience.

The morning session is a beginners guide to service and maintenance. Those attending will gain a better understanding of the importance of servicing and maintaining equipment and also the role of a service engineer.  This is a  practical session for both technical and non-technical staff.

The afternoon workshop will look at ways to change your thinking and in turn change how you react to situations, to get the best outcome possible.
